monthly meetings at the West Stirling Neighbourhood House- more just a luncheon here and
there. The formal meetings were putting too much pressure on some of the members and

The February meeting of the
Phoenix Arizona Area Guai Group will be
Saturday, Feb. 8th, 1:30 pm at 3814 E. Mallory St., Mesa. Those new to the guai
protocol should arrive at 1:00 pm for an introductory video
presentation. An experienced mapper will be in attendance who has offered the
group a special rate of $25 per map.
If you wish to have a mapping done, have questions or need directions to the

also have a speaker who will be discussing "Salicylates" in relation to the guai
protocol.

In-office Guaifenesin Support Groups are held twice a week- the first and third
Tuesday of each month, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and are led by Dr. Penniston.
All ages are welcome, whether on guai or just wanting to learn about it.
They will be happy to help you check your products at another time. To have this
arranged, please call to set up a time.

The San Diego Fibromyalgia Hope and Recovery Group meets the 3rd Saturday of
each month in Mission Valley. The group is lead by a RN who has FMS/CFS. The group mission
is to provide education, support, self-empowerment and fun for those with this

Metro Guai Group meets once a month on a Sunday
evening from 5:30 p.m. - ?
We have yet to have a short meeting. The last one went for over 3 1/2
hours! They are wonderful and so uplifting. We draw people from the whole metro area
including St. Louis, and the Ilinois side of the river (where we meet)

Dr. Scott Turner and his staff at Red River Spine Associates invite you to attend a series
of monthly seminars designed to help you during your recovery from fibromyalgia and
myofascial pain. The series features medical professionals and other patients briefly

I am pleased to announce that I am starting a new support group called the South
Eastern Pennsylvania Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Hope & Recovery Group.
It is tentatively being held at the Silver
Creek Social Club in Springtown, PA from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the second
Monday night of every month. The first meeting is scheduled for Monday,
December 12, 2005 pending decent weather.

coming, for directions, meeting locations, dates, and times as they may change
depending on where the bulk of interested individuals in the Lehigh Valley are.
