The Guai-Support Network consists of the Guai-Support mailing list & supplementary services, including researching issues, chat forum, Buddy system, information resources [archives & frequently upgraded web site] market place, etc. The 'Network' is a non-profit enterprise, provided to facilitate access to 'self-help' health education and support which was conceived and is operated & managed by the 'ListOwner', Tesa Marcon, and no claims of endorsement by, or affiliation with, any organization or practitioner are made, except where that endorsement or affiliation is overtly asserted. Funds raised through advertising on the Guai Cycling Market Place contribute to defraying the costs of providing supplementary services to the list membership and visitors to this site. The posting of specific information to the network does not imply endorsement, by the contributor, of any other information appearing on the site/s.
Any advice which may be given on the
Guai-Support network web site, mailing list or chat web site, or
privately by a ListOwner assistant or Buddy to a member, regarding
diagnoses or treatments, etc., reflects ONLY the opinion of the
individual posting the message (and apart from the possibility of the odd exception they are
not doctors). You are responsible for your own decisions and it is
suggested that you follow up advice from the group with your health care
professional. If you act on ideas found here, you do so at
your own risk. Self-help requires intelligence, common sense, and the

It is known that from time to time company reps 'may' troll any mailing list for
addresses for purposes of solicitation and therefore any information
received should be researched thoroughly. The ListOwner advertises
some products on the site in order to defray operating costs.
Neither myself , my helpers, subscribers or other contributors can be
held liable in any way for any information and/or data obtained in any
way from the GG network or from anyone privately; nor shall there be any
liability for any information construed as missing from anything obtained
from this list.
By your use of the Guai-Support Network in any of its forms, you agree to hold harmless the above
people against any and all claims arising out of such use, regardless of
the cause, effects, or fault.

transferred, sold, traded, or moved to another location in any form for

All e-mails sent through Guai-Support List is Copyright 1997 by its original author and must not be published or quoted anywhere outside the list without the express permission of the author. The e-mails themselves remain the property of the Guai-Support Network, which is the property of Tesa Marcon and as such all authors grant her a non-exclusive license to forward any messages and they may be quoted by the owner & members within the network context but permission must be sought by members to use outside that context.
They also grant the list owner
permission to maintain an archive (i.e. approve the archiving of list
messages) and utilize their messages on the web site to help visitors and
members to the site (anonymity will be maintained unless permission is
given to use name). Posts entered in to the archives will not be removed.
Other use of e-mail to this list requires
the permission of individual writers and the ListOwner.
Messages are not removed from the archives unless, in management's sole discretion, the message violates a rule or law, unless required by a court order or similar demand. Availability and/or continuity of messages in the archives are at the pleasure of our LISTSERV host, so message and archive availability and/or continuity are not assured in perpetuity, due to practical, cost, and other exigencies.
