The Guai-Support list exists for the benefit of the membership and no spam or marketing of products or services is permitted, either on the list or, through membership, behind list to members whose email addresses have been obtained from the list.
GUAI-SUPPORT WEB SITE
The Guai-Support List is affiliated with my Guai-Support web site. This is not part of the list but an additional service which I provide to enable members and non-members to inform themselves about the protocol; it contains a variety of information and resources to enhance the protocol experience.
It is through this venue that commercial interests can gain mention or promotion of their products and services and free choice on whether to seek that information or not.
GUAI-CYCLING MARKET PLACE (GCMP)
The GCMP is a ‘fee for service’ site through which products and services may be marketed to list members and other interested parties. The fees for promotion on the site contribute, in a very small way, to reimbursing me for the financial cost of providing the list and website [list and web site are hosted freely but the computer costs and internet fees are not].
No party is denied listing on the general list for a decision not to be listed on the GCMP, nor is any party assured of appearing on the GCMP by agreeing to pay the fees. As with every other resource on the site and the list, my agreement to promote a service or product is based on the 2 cornerstones of ethics and efficacy/relevance. All products appearing have been recommended or submitted by list members & visitors to the site and checked in relation to salicylate content and ethical sales practice.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Any complaints received about products or service providers are investigated. Should unethical or other negative behaviours and practices be proven, I have no hesitation in removing offenders from the lists/GCMP.
