Advertisers' Information

Basic Conditions may be varied by negotiation

 Providers of goods and services may elect to purchase advertising space on the GCMP.  This listing attracts a fee and the advertiser is responsible, morally and legally, for the agreed calculation, reporting and payment of appropriate fees to the Network Owner, Tesa Marcon. 

GUAI-CYCLING MARKET-PLACE SERVICES: 

·   Consultation in relation to ‘on site’ marketing plan, product development and web sites, etc. (attracts additional fee);

·   Colour advertisement,  including a business logo (assistance in the development of a logo attracts a consultation fee);

   Note: The GCMP page is a directory with links to a full page advertisement for each business in the directory and if applicable, a small separate ad, or ads, with logo somewhere else on the web site.

·    Listing of products and/or services;

·    List of prices (including any additional costs, such as postage & handling);

·    Highlighted listing of any sales or special offers;

·    ‘On-site’ order form (any order form, other than the one provided, must be approved by the GG Network Owner);

·    Link to the advertiser’s own site, where available;

FEES & CHARGES:

1.    A commission of 5% of the retail sale price accrues on all products ordered through the Guai-Support^TM website, or where it can be ‘reasonably’ assumed that the source of referral was the Guai-Support^TM Network;

2.    All consultation fees are determined by negotiation, taking account of the type/range of assistance requested;

3.    After a 3 month period, a review of the agreement will be carried out to ascertain the level of success of the agreement and whether the parties wish to continue to a 12 month contract;

4.     In some circumstances, and at the discretion of the GG Network Owner, a ‘flat fee’ arrangement may be agreed following the initial 3 month review period;

TECHNICAL:

1.    Advertisers must work with the Guai-Support^TM Group Network Owner (or her representative) to develop an order form on the GG web site, with appropriate feedback to both parties or to put  'sales tracking'  programming in place on their own and the GG web sites.

2.     All orders by email must be copied to Tesa Marcon;

CODE OF ETHICS:

1.     All advertisers must conduct their business in an ethical manner;

2.    No SPAM to list members is permitted; Advertisers who wish to be Guai-Support^TM members should realize that there is to be no subtle or overt efforts to sell to members through the list.  All list messages must only be in response to member questions in an effort to help members.  Private discussions should not be instigated by the advertiser.

3.    Any e-mail to the list, written by an advertiser, will be subject to review prior to posting to the list;

4.   Where an advertiser is permitted to respond to a question about their service/product on the list, they must subject their response for review and the signature must contain an “expression of interest” tag to ensure members are aware of the potential for a ‘conflict of interest’ in the information. 5.   No ‘harvesting’ of list members’ e-mail addresses is permitted;   

6.   Advertisers must provide goods and/or services to the quality level advertised;

 PLEASE NOTE: 

Breaches of these ethics provide grounds for termination of the contract and removal from the GG Network.

All providers must agree and adhere to the preceding terms of reference to advertise on the GCMP.  In addition, a type of ‘honour system’ prevails in relation to the calculation of commissions; failure to demonstrate that ‘honour’ will result in termination of the contract.
